Refund and Returns Policy

At MRS. FARSAAN, we take great pride in the quality and care put into every product we deliver. As our items are food-based and perishable, we maintain a strict but fair Refund and Returns Policy to ensure customer satisfaction and product integrity.
Please read the following carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns Policy
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:
- The product received was incorrect
- The product was damaged or tampered with during transit
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence and order details.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Products requested for return after 48 hours of delivery
- Items bought during sales, combos, or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect)
3. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund or replacement if:
- You receive the wrong product
- Your order arrives damaged or unusable
- The item is missing from your package (with proof)
Once your claim is verified, we will process a refund back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. How to Report an Issue
To initiate a return/refund request, please contact us at:

- Your full name
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product (in case of damage or error)
- A short description of the issue
Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
To request cancellation, email us as soon as possible at support@mrsfarsaan.com with your order ID.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank or payment provider
- Then contact your bank or credit card company (processing times may vary)
- If the issue persists, contact us at support@mrsfarsaan.com
7. Shipping Charges
- If your refund is approved due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return request is not eligible, shipping charges will not be refunded.
8. Right to Refuse Claims
MRS. FARSAAN reserves the right to refuse refund/replacement requests if:
- Claims are fraudulent or abusive in nature
- The issue arises from improper storage or mishandling after delivery
- The product is consumed or significantly used
